It impacts the affected learners negatively, because it doesn't matter what they do, or how they behave, racist teachers will find a reason to abuse that child. The learner will be discouraged and that will have a negative impact on his or her perfomance at school because the teacher will always disregard the good he does. Unfortunately there is not much we can do about teachers who think white people are superior than black people. The best we can do is teach our black learners to learn to ignore teachers give them such problems and rather focus on succeeding and and what they went to school for, alternatively we can teach our black learners to fight for themselves and their rights.
