By the end of the story the prairie dogs learned that big bark is a good prairie dog just he acts tough. I know this because he was yelling at them at the beginning then he was their watchdog. The author's message is that you should not yell at people if they do not hurt you because they saved big bark from the eagle when he was mean to them. I thought this book was funny because the prairie dogs said "YES!! NO!!" Also because at the end of the book the dog brought a new red ball

The end they felt happy because they need a watch dog and big bark he would bark if a pretender is close big bark will bark alarm the ather dog there a pretender nere by.I think the author message that you don't have to fight over same thing.At the end they said will well never tach fuzz or not play with fuzz again.I thought this book was funny because the author made funny by the prairie dogs fight over fuzz andstat of share the fuzz.

At the end of the book the prairie dogs all got along with each other and big bark. I know this because whenever big bark was covered in fuzz the eagle swooped in. Then big bark wiggled out and they caught him and they did like fuzz but then they changed their mind and I think they will have a war again. I think the authors message is that you cant be greedy and you have to share. I thought the book was a funny book because they had a war then they just fell asleep.

At the end of the story the prairie dogs felt happy and honored big bark to look out for eagles and other bad things to alert the other prairie dogs. I know this because big bark got caught by an eagle and they felt bad so that's why they gave him that job.

And i thought the book was funny because the prairie dogs were moving all around trying to catch big bark. Also i thought the part where the prairie dogs were like yes no yes no yes no yes no yes no yes no yes no yes no yes no yes no.

By the end of the book the prairie dogs wanted big bark back when he was captured by an eagle so big bark wiggled free in time I know this because one prairie dog said yaaay!!!!!! but then another prairie dog said that how would you like to be an eagles lunch and then he was like noooooo the other prairie dog said.
