3. The theme that surprised me the most was Self-Assurance because I did not think that I had much confidence in myself. Also, because sometimes I doubt to make decisions. In addition, I am not as risky person as this topic describes. However, at the same time I do things and everything goes well, so maybe that is something that describes the trust in myself.

In college, I will use Consistency and Activator the most. I will need to keenly aware of the need to treat people the same, no matter what their station in life is, since in college people’s situations are different. I will need to activator my valuable insights, so the action is real as only action can make things happen. I can apply these ideas to have a better performance in college. 

 

In college, I believe I will use Achiever and Focus the most. In my opinion, these two correspond very well. I have goals that I want to reach and complete in my life. Going to school and getting my degree will ensure that I become successful and meet these goals. In order to reach my fullest potential, I must have focus as well. I need to prioritize and give my attention and effort into what I'm doing. 

“Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put-on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.” –Colossians 3:12-14 ESV I was just going to put the last sentence as my quote, but I thought it was more meaningful in the context of the whole phrase. I chose this Bible verse/ quote, because it is a very good representation on how I try to live my life, and it describes me very well.
3. 1.    The theme that surprised me the most was probably be Individualization, not because I do not think it describes me, but because I never realized that I honed in on the differences between people.

I believe that I will probably use my Harmony theme the most in college. For example, if I have group projects, or make new friends and bring them to hang out in the friend group I already have then being that middle ground is where I will be useful.

2.       I believe that Deliberative describes me best. This makes a lot of sense because I am always thinking about the best way possible to do things. I like to plan everything out before I do something and it makes feel uncomfortable when I don’t know what to do. I have always been a private person and because of that I always had few friends. “You see things. You keep quiet about them and you understand." Stephen Chbosky “The Perks of Being a Wallflower” I chose this quote because I see a lot of things and say nothing. I rather keep the thoughts to myself.

3.       The signature theme that surprised me most was Discipline. I didn't think that I needed everything to predictable. I always thought that I liked things when they adapt and change. I think that I will use Responsibility the most through college. Everything I do is on me and I have to focus to be successful. 

2.     I personally feel Empathy describes me best. Reason being Is that I try to feel what a person Is feeling and I care for people's feelings. when a friend or a family member goes through something or needs someone to bench on I'm always there to listen and support them cause I understand the struggle and the pain sometimes life throws,  so I honestly believe Empathy describes me best.  -Daniel H. Pink-  "Empathy is about standing in someone else's shoes, feeling with his or her heart, seeing with his or her eyes. Not only is empathy hard to outsource and automate, but it makes the world a better place" Reason this was my quote of choice Is cause, I agree with what is being said empathy does make the world a better place cause, with empathy people would understand more of each other and there could be some sort of peace with one another.
3.     The theme I think I'd be most using in college would be Adaptability. It's my first time in college so far I think It's been three weeks already, so I'm gonna have to get used to the college field and getting adapted to something new which in this case It's college.

1.      My five themes are: restorative, input, ideation, analytical, responsibility.

2.      I feel that the restorative theme describes me best. Solving problems, it’s always been stimulating for me. I enjoy the challenge of identifying a problem and finding a good solution for it, and I think that is why I want to study medicine, because I could use my ability to solve problems, which makes this job interesting for me, and at the same time I can help other people. I chose this picture in particular because it represents an original way of looking at problems by looking at them with a different approach.

3.      The theme that surprised me the most was input, not because I don’t feel represented by it, quite the contrary. It’s almost scary how accurate it describes that aspect of my personality. Since I was a kid, I’ve always loved to collect knowledge, information and all kind of physical objects related with the areas that I find interesting (which are many).

In college, the two themes that I think I’m going to use the most, are restorative and responsibility. To be able to succeed on college I need to commit to it and put all necessary efforts, in order to achieve my goals.
