1. My 5 Themes:
Discipline, Harmony, Responsibility, Relator, Empathy

2. My Responsibility theme describes me best because I use it each and every day in all aspects of my life. I am very committed, dependable, and always want to do things correctly. An image that describes my responsibility theme best is my dog, Maggie. English Bulldog's are a breed known for being high maintenance with health issues. It takes a lot of responsibility (time, follow through, care, and accountability) to keep her feeling her best, but she is such a bright light in our family that it is so worth it.

3. The theme that surprised me the most was Relator, because I can be reserved and introverted. However, I further read that this theme pulls me toward people I already know and I can definitely see that in my relationships.

In college, I will use Discipline and Responsibility the most. I will need to hold myself accountable to get my work done and show up to class prepared/ready to learn. I will need to be disciplined in my studies and do things that need to be done so I can achieve great things

1. My 5 Themes:
Input, Learner, Intellection, Ideation, Connectedness

2. The theme that describes me best is Ideation. I am always looking to understand occurrences in life by finding underlying concepts that explain and connect them. I am better able to solve problems, improve things, or find inspiration to start new projects when I can find an underlying concept that connects it to something else. I chose this picture with a quote about rain, because it demonstrates how the concept of rain can be connected to growth, and by embracing "storms" in life, we can grow as a person.

3. The theme that surprised me the most was Connectedness because I always think of myself as a rather solitary person. However, as I continued to read I found out that the idea of Connectedness really has to do more with seeing how everything and everyone fits together and impacts everyone and everything else, and therefore creates a sense of responsibility toward the world and toward others. This is a trait I do see in myself.

In college I will use Input and Learner most. I will collect knowledge, ideas, and experiences from each class, activity, and person I experience and those sources of input will be helpful in my other classes. Also, since I am fascinated by the process of learning, it will help me to still be successful in classes where I may not be as interested in the subject matter.

1. My 5 Themes:
Harmony, Restorative, Responsibility, Consistency, Deliberative
2. The theme that describes me best is Responsibility because I use this theme in every aspect of my life. I always take full ownership to things I have committed myself to, whether it is large or small. For example, if I have 2 assignments that has to be completed by the next day, I take full responsibility to make sure it gets done. I don't make excuses of why it was not done, or done on time. Responsibility is very important. An image that best describes my responsibility theme is two girls watering the plants. It demonstrates how they were responsible to make sure they water their plants or their plants would not grow.

3. The theme that surprised me the most was Restorative, because I see myself as a very unproblematic person, and don't really like to solve problems. However, as I continued to read through, I found out that the idea of Restorative has to do more with overcoming your weaknesses and unfamiliar problems that are placed upon you. And this is a trait I can really see in myself because this is a real life event that has happened to me plenty of times.

In college, I will use Responsibility and Harmony the most. I will need to hold myself accountable to make sure that I get my work done and show up to class prepared. I will also need to make sure that I work well with others and build a strong relationship so that I can create a great experience for myself and them so that we can all be successful together.

1. My 5 Themes:
Positivity, Woo, Futuristic, Adaptability, Arranger

2. Positivity is the theme that best describes me. In every aspect of my life positivity is key and it's used in my everyday activities. I do my best to always see the positive in every negative situation. I am teaching my children how to do the same. Life can sometimes be hard and very unfair at times but when you try to see past it and learn from your mistakes, there is always a positive side. Some days are harder than most for people in this world and a smiling face or even a helping hand can really make a difference. Positivity in general can make someones day so much better and change a perspective or two on the way. This theme definitely describes my personality.

3. All of my terms actually fit my personality perfectly. I was not surprised by any of the terms. I would say they described me perfectly in every aspect.

In college I will use my positivity to get me through to graduate and pursue my career. I will take every opportunity given to me and proceed with positivity along the way. Every obstacle that comes my way while attending college will be seen and handled in a positive way. Being alive and able to pursue my dreams and completing college leads me to my future. Therefore my positive energy will continue and I will do my best to share it with others along the way.

1. My 5 Themes:
Discipline, Futuristic, Relator, Focus, Communication

2. My Futuristic theme describes me best because I am that type of person who is always looking towards the future, and also always am setting goals for the future at where I want to be in life and how am I getting there. Looking towards the future energizes me and makes me radiate my source of positivity . Becoming a better person, having better life, or better a world always becomes a inspiration to me towards what my future might look like. I like to look ahead of time and set goals for the future and this is what drives me in life. The image that i chose that describes my theme was this quote below. This to me send a great futuristic message that, yes the old (past) can be great to look back on but building the new (future) is what really is going to create the change in your life and set goals for yourself as an individual. I thought that was a great quote for this theme of Futuristic.

3. In terms of what theme surprised me the most, well to be honest none of them really surprised me as most of the themes I can definitely see myself as. The one I would choose maybe that had some surprise was Discipline as yes I do set myself routines and deadlines and my work has to be very precise. But this does surprise me as I am a very outgoing person and sometimes I like to go with the flow rather then have everything in order.

In college I will use Futuristic and Communication most. I will set myself goals and "where I want to be" in my classes looking towards the future of completing my homework and having a great positive outcome of having completed it. Communication I will use to communicate with follow class mates about homework/discussions . I will communicate with my professors, tutors and any sources that can help me through my college journey so I can become successful.

1. My 5 Themes:
Activator, Achiever, Consistency, Self-Assurance, Focus

2. The Achiever them describe me best because I have clear goals and I love to fulfill each of them. To accomplish the goals I work hard regardless of time or sacrifices I have to make. An image that describes my achiever them best is my dream board and one of my achievements for this year so far. I always make a dream board for each year in order to cross the things that I achieved at the end of the year. Also, that way I can visualize the whole year so I work hard to accomplish goals.

3. The theme that surprised me the most was Self-Assurance because I did not think that I had much confidence in myself. Also, because sometimes I doubt to make decisions. In addition, I am not as risky person as this topic describes. However, at the same time I do things and everything goes well, so maybe that is something that describes the trust in myself.

In college, I will use Consistency and Activator the most. I will need to keenly aware of the need to treat people the same, no matter what their station in life is, since in college people’s situations are different. I will need to activator my valuable insights, so the action is real as only action can make things happen. I can apply these ideas to have a better performance in college.

I believe my Individualization theme describes me best. I am not afraid to stand out and be myself. Everyone is unique in their own way and we should embrace it. I like to make people feel important and noticed because I feel that I struggle with those needs as well. I like to acknowledge the small quirks, habits and characteristics of the people I spend my time with. I'm an observer and this not only helps me understand them better but also help me become a better friend, sister, coworker or even acquaintance. I care a lot about those around me and do the best I can to make them feel that.

3. The theme that surprised me the most was Restorative. Like most, I do not enjoy having conflicts or problems in my life that hold me back or may causes challenges for me. It stated that I like to be analytical and enjoy solving problems. However, I never seem to be at peace with myself or my issues so it's surprising that I was given that theme.

In college, I believe I will use Achiever and Focus the most. In my opinion, these two correspond very well. I have goals that I want to reach and complete in my life. Going to school and getting my degree will ensure that I become successful and meet these goals. In order to reach my fullest potential, I must have focus as well. I need to prioritize and give my attention and effort into what I'm doing.

1. My 5 Themes: Restorative, Harmony, Adaptability, Includer, Activator
2. In my opinion the theme that describes me best is is restorative. I believe this is so because I enjoy solving problems. By no means do I enjoy problems but I do know that they will arise and when they do your best option is to solve them. I enjoy analyzing a situation and figuring out what is wrong. I enjoy the satisfaction of achieving and overcoming a challenge.
3. The theme I found the most surprising for me was Harmony. The reason I feel this way is because I actually don't mind confrontation of two differing view points. I actually find you should talk to people you have different view points about those opinions because in the end it will help both individuals see the others way and can help you understand one another.
in college I will need Adaptability and Activator the most. I think these will be the most important because I will need to adapt to a new schedule and environment every semester. I feel that activator is a crucial one because you must be about action in college. planning is very important but at some point you will need to execute and I feel that the activator theme will come in handy.

1. My 5 Themes: Restorative, Consistency, Learner, Analytical, Belief
2. I believe that the Learner theme best exemplifies my personality and character. Whenever I can, I strive to learn as much as possible about topics regarding my education or ones that peak my interest. I always attempt to completely learn the subject at hand to ensure that I do not encounter any confusion. Besides schoolwork, I try to learn more about my hobbies. I love driving, and the more information I can obtain about how to be the best at my hobby allows me to reach my personal goals. The same goes for my schoolwork as well. I believe my need to learn is best shown in the picture below. While the car looks pretty extreme and at first does not do justice to my argument, the car depicted in the picture is dedicated to achieving the fastest time possible on one track. The purpose is not to win against competitors in a race, but to be the fastest around the track, which requires the driver to understand not only the car but the track. A performance oriented car can only get you so far, which is why it is imperative for the driver to learn how to be quicker around the circuit. By gathering information from observations, the driver can then figure out how to improve upon themselves, eventually reaching their goal. This is reflective of my own views on the Learner theme.
3. I was surprised when I received Belief as a signature theme. Although I am certain all of us have a certain level of belief within us, I did not expect myself to demonstrate such characteristics so strongly during the assessment. It is quite neat that I was recognized for this, but I do not expect anyone to look to me and say that I had solid beliefs since I feel that is not an indicator of what kind of person I am. In regards to which signature theme I will use the most in college, I feel I will utilize Consistency and Learner the most. I chose these because I believe that maintaining consistency is crucial in being successful in a collegiate environment. By following a set schedule and routine, I will be able to complete assignments at a predictable pace, ensuring that I complete my work on time. The Learner theme is important since it would motivate me to learn as much as I can about my courses and encourage me to meet certain learning goals. In conjunction with consistency, I can reduce the amount of pressure I will feel when I have to do my coursework.

1. My 5 Themes: Empathy, Harmony, Relator, Restorative, and Individualization
2. 1. I believe that the theme Harmony describes me best. I chose Harmony, because I have always been the person, whether in our friend group or just group work, that defuses the situation between two people and shows them the common ground. I also find some conflict petty and unnecessary, which is why I am very passive in debates, and normally try to avoid them. However, there is a certain line that if crossed I will speak my beliefs and opinions, but that line is rarely crossed.

“Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put-on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.” –Colossians 3:12-14 ESV I was just going to put the last sentence as my quote, but I thought it was more meaningful in the context of the whole phrase. I chose this Bible verse/ quote, because it is a very good representation on how I try to live my life, and it describes me very well.
3. 1. The theme that surprised me the most was probably be Individualization, not because I do not think it describes me, but because I never realized that I honed in on the differences between people.

I believe that I will probably use my Harmony theme the most in college. For example, if I have group projects, or make new friends and bring them to hang out in the friend group I already have then being that middle ground is where I will be useful.

1. My 5 Themes: Significance, Restorative, Belief, Command, Self-Assurance.
2. I feel that Self-Assurance describes me best. Self-Assurance is basically having confidence in yourself and your strengths. Negative thoughts from people do not affect you or what you believe in. I believe that describes me the most because I'm very passionate about my goals. I strive to succeed in those goals and I know that I have to be my own motivation at times. I have to choose to chase those goals with full confidence in myself, because if I don't then failure can become an option. Self-Assurance is a very valuable thing to have when striving for success. I chose the picture below because it shows the wolfs confidence in himself when life tells him otherwise. It reminds me of the struggles life throws at you and the confidence you have to have in yourself to get through those struggles. It tells you to always believe in yourself, be the wolf.
3. The theme that surprised me the most was Restorative. It describes a love for problem solving. I do like to finish things and come to a conclusion, but I don't purposely look for problems to fix. The theme I plan to use the most in college is Self-Assurance. College is fairly new to me, but I know I need to believe in myself and my abilities in order to earn my degree.

This makes a lot of sense because I am always thinking about the best way possible to do things. I like to plan everything out before I do something and it makes feel uncomfortable when I don’t know what to do. I have always been a private person and because of that I always had few friends. “You see things. Reason being Is that I try to feel what a person Is feeling and I care for people's feelings. when a friend or a family member goes through something or needs someone to bench on I'm always there to listen and support them cause I understand the struggle and the pain sometimes life throws, so I honestly believe Empathy describes me best. -Daniel H. Pink- "Empathy is about standing in someone else's shoes, feeling with his or her heart, seeing with his or her eyes. Not only is empathy hard to outsource and automate, but it makes the world a better place" Reason this was my quote of choice Is cause, I agree with what is being said empathy does make the world a better place cause, with empathy people would understand more of each other and there could be some sort of peace with one another.
3. The theme I think I'd be most using in college would be Adaptability. It's my first time in college so far I think It's been three weeks already, so I'm gonna have to get used to the college field and getting adapted to something new which in this case It's college.

Solving problems, it’s always been stimulating for me. I enjoy the challenge of identifying a problem and finding a good solution for it, and I think that is why I want to study medicine, because I could use my ability to solve problems, which makes this job interesting for me, and at the same time I can help other people. I chose this picture in particular because it represents an original way of looking at problems by looking at them with a different approach.

3. The theme that surprised me the most was input, not because I don’t feel represented by it, quite the contrary. It’s almost scary how accurate it describes that aspect of my personality. Since I was a kid, I’ve always loved to collect knowledge, information and all kind of physical objects related with the areas that I find interesting (which are many).

In college, the two themes that I think I’m going to use the most, are restorative and responsibility. To be able to succeed on college I need to commit to it and put all necessary efforts, in order to achieve my goals.

1. My 5 themes are: Command, Futuristic, Connectedness, Strategic, and Input
2. I feel that the Strategic theme fits me best. Strategic thinking is something that I feel like I have always had strength in. For example if I see a problem I will look at it from "all angles" so to say and break it down to something I can handle and then attack it. In strategic thinking that is exactly what you do, you find your main problem in all the mess and you find the best solution to that problem. The picture that I chose represents and points out what goes in a strategic thinkers mind and how they see problems. They use all that information to figure out their solution.
3. The signature theme that surprised me the most was Command. I did not expect to get this theme, I know I like to lead but the way that command is described really shocked me but also opened me eyes. The theme I plan to use most in college is Strategic. I realized this is a skill that is very useful and can not be taught. So I will try to learn the other themes but I think this natural theme is something i'll be using a lot, not only to figure out problems but also be able to break down what I learn.

"Adaptability is not imitation. It mean power of resistance and assimilation." Mahatma Gandhi. The skill to adapt is to over come the problems laid ahead of you with.
3.The skill command surprised me the most, i like to be very active in everything i do but i never try to take command.

1. My five themes are: Futuristic, Adaptability, Significance, Responsibility and Command.
2. I feel that the best skill that describes me is Futuristic. This skill describes me best because I always like to think about how my future will develop. I find it satisfying to seek for a better tomorrow for our selves regardless of what's happening in our present. "The past cannot be changed but, the future is power" - Mary Pickford. I chose this quote because I believe that our past doesn't define our future and our future is our empowerment.
3. The theme that most surprised me was significance. It was surprising because I don't believe that another persons perspective of yourself should affect the way you proceed in your life.
3. The theme that is definitely important in college would be responsibility. I think this skill is important as a student because your grades depend on it. If you aren't responsible with your deadlines you won't be able to give a good performance in your classes. I'm willing to improve my responsibility so I can be a better student.

1. My five themes are Intellection, Connectedness, Deliberative, Futuristic, and Individualization.
2. In my opinion, deliberative is the skill that describes me best. While I do look into the future, I always have to asses every possible situation and the consequences in different perspectives before taking any action. I need order to succeed.
3. The skill that surprised me the most was futuristic because because I tend to live and work in the present. I work towards a good future but that doesn't happen without a present day mindset. Eventually, the future becomes the present, so I prefer to constantly be focused on the present. In college, I think intellection and individualization will help me the most. Challenging courses require focus and intellect to succeed. Individualization could help me socially, whether it be connections in my major/career, or just a friend group.

1. My signature themes are Strategic, Achiever, Restorative, Responsibility, and Significance. 2. I feel that all these themes are a little portion of me, but the theme that best described me was Achiever. Ever since I was a young girl, I had a strong work ethic, whether it was t volunteer or help sell girl scout cookies, I was very passionate and always did and still do it to the best of my ability. 3. The most surprising theme that I noticed was significance because I am an independent individual who doesn’t want a lot of attention by others. As I kept reading the description, it became less and less surprising. I do always have goals and want my career to be a life style not a job. A theme that I most anticipated in college was being responsible. Responsibility plays a big role when it comes to transitioning into an adult because in order to maintain high grades one has to complete their assignments on time and balance their school schedule with their work schedule and so on.

1. My five themes: Context. Restorative. Developer. Ideation. Individualization.
2. The theme that I Identified with the most is Context. The reason for this is I take the time to ponder on my past mistakes and other people's mistakes, accomplishments, and motives in order to fully understand what is going in the world and in my own life. Knowing why certain things happened and learning from those past events in order to better help my present state and ideals is invigorating and it also helps to abstain from making the same mistake. Like the quote "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it", Context sums that saying to me. Also, like the paragraph stated, I feel that taking in everything at the present time is a little disorienting. It is a weakness I wish to strengthen but I am more of a hind sight kind of thinker. 3. The theme that surprised me the most was actually the Developer. Truth be told, I don't take the initiative that much in people's lives, however when it happens, it's one of the greatest feelings in the world. I think this will be the theme that will help me the most in the future for the rest of my college days due to the fact that I do intend to be a teacher and push students beyond their limits to develop them into something great. That philosophy, hopefully, will help to propel me to work harder and strive further in the future and to bring back my resolve when my state of mind and eagerness are at a low.

1. My five themes are: Futuristic, Responsibility, Focus, Relator and Significance. The theme that I feel identified me the most was Significance.
In Significance you want to be very significant in the eyes of other people. In the truest sense of the word you want to be recognized. You want to be heard. You want to stand out. You want to be known. In particular, you want to be known and appreciated for the unique strengths you bring. I chose Barack Obama because he is a very significant man. A man in which was willing to help others and put others before himself. A man who stood out in what he did and was well recognized. He was very credible as a professional and was far from mediocre. Instead he never gave up and strived for his goal until he was the best. Futuristic surprised me the most because I didn't think they would pick that up. I didn't realize how futuristic I actually am. I do think about my future about 70% of the day which blew my mind. Focus is a strength that I plan using all throughout college. In order to succeed you need to be well focused on what your aiming for in life. Lack of focus can cause you to loose track and start lacking which in the long run you will end you up an unsuccessful person.
