They have to present their drawing to the class and answer the writing prompt verbally. According to the teacher,  this has gotten some of his students who dislike writing to improve their writing, and their grade. He says he is getting more work from those students without going out of his way. An added plus is that students are practicing their speaking skills, without knowing it. (I asked him when they did something related to DnD-he said since he's the DnD afterschool coach, those drawings were allowed.)
