         <description><![CDATA[<div>Location: Nogales, Arizona<br><br>Problem: Climate change is affecting his city's groundwater supply as much of it is evaporating<br><br>Solution: Developing Modeling groundwater processes with hydrologists who use technology to stimulate the environment, precipitation, streamflow, infiltration, and extraction. These models can estimate the availability of water in aquifers over time.&nbsp;<br><br>Being Done/Challenges: Along with other stakeholders, Barcenas is working to make the first phases successful but it is difficult to work with different ecosystems.  <br><br>Question:&nbsp;I wonder much progress has been made over the last 6 years. <br><br></div>]]></description>
