After granny passes moana goes on past the reef to get maui and return the heart of tafiti

Moana finds maui and forces him to help her then they go to the land of monsters to retrieve maui's hook.

5. crossing the threshold

They arrive at world of monsters and go in to find maui's hook

6. allies, trials, and enemies

Maui gets mad at moana for coming inside with him and they split and moana finds the cave then shortly after maui finds it and uses moana as bait and they get the hook back.

7. the supreme ordeal

they go to find Te ka and Maui attacks Te ka but he gives up so they go back and Maui leaves Moana then moana's granny's spirit comes and comforts Moana then she goes back to see Maui fighting Te ka and she goes to where the heart is supposed to be but she realizes its te fiti and she calms te ka down and gives te ka her heart then te ka becomes te fiti.

8. The road back

Maui receives a new hook and te fiti thanks Maui and Moana. Moana ventures back to Montunui after that.

9. reward

Moana arrives at montunui and her parents greet her proud of her and happy and they embrace.

10. return with prize

Moana also returns with her boat decorated in tropical flowers then the townspeople all celebrate
