         <description><![CDATA[<div>-It gives you a dangerously low amount of calories, the recommended amount to sustain weight is about 2500(male)/2000(female) per day while the diet only gives you about 1300 per day. The diet also advises lots of exercise, do doing this with little calories in your body just ups the danger more (Axe)<br>-The drinks include carrageenan, which isn't uncommon in american foods, but is banned in the EU. Carrageenan in the state used in foods has been linked to inflammation, and degraded carrageenan is linked to&nbsp; gastrointestinal cancer. While having a little carrageenan every once in a while (it is used in ice cream after all) isnt that bad, when you consume it as commonly as you would during the diet, the inflammation could lead to some serious problems.
