At first, it was hard not for me to get frustrated with the student because that was when I felt classes were the easiest. After taking a moment to digest her information I began asking questions trying to understand what was going on. Ultimately the student had disclosed that she had various home responsibilities that she needed to take attention to. While these were not obstacles I experienced during my transition to online learning.
