This could be done weekly by dropping that information here for everyone to review.
An evaluation would break down into
•Programing (music, lyrics, slides, visuals, lights, sound, host, communion, meditation, offering, kids, welcomes, greets, etc) and
•Teaching (sermons, bible study, small group)
In order for it not to be a teardown time there would be categories such as:
•Good (*1 required*, positive notes, things that delivered and were received well)
•Missing (confusing, not flowing together, out of sync)

-songs connected, people seemed to be singing along
-More people getting used to seating and finding a spot
-signal for band to come up eases into invitation song easily

-Correct date for retreat
-didn't mention Big MAC next week (it is on announcement slides)

Out of place:

-Sweet Home Alabama playing before service
-conversations during announcements

Teaching

-student in class expressed interest in being baptized
-"forgiveness is not an emotion, it's an action" from sermon

- The 'meet & greet' was at the end of announcements so the band could start playing and bring everyone back in. Maybe it could be timed to under 60 seconds of greeting
- Christian got back in the booth and might be learning how to assist

Good - Involved 'Host' in going over the details. Also suggested that there be an 'A' and 'B', and possibly a 'C' format. This means that the sequence will be different, as to let worship team know which format is being followed for that day.
Missing - 'Host' needs to use mic effectively. Music needs to continue when responses to invitation occur.
Out of place - Recommend not asking if there are any other announcements. The wave of the screen.
