Feeling lost and like no one understands how your  feeling or how things are going thru your head . It's that type of pain that sometimes you , yourself can't explain. An external scar can cure as time passes and just leaves a scar a memory sometimes can be good and sometimes bad but it doesn't affect your mental health when it's all cured.
