How would the coaches get in contact with the students? How would we measure the impact they have? What would their qualifications be? Have we looked into the peer-coach model other universities have successfully used?

the human support aspect has continued to travel (despite the lack of). is there a sense that the new vision will include this again (with the support being reactivated) or will it change to a different vision (perhaps more to 'tailored')
