Sora is a free library in which students can explore and check out different books. I use this often as a teacher in music class to check out different books related to our lesson and read them to the group.

Google Docs/Slides

Students can use Google Docs or Google Slides to create their own projects about a given musician. This is something I often do with my 6th grade students in music.

Vocaroo

Vocaroo allows students to record and listen back to their voices. They could use this for speaking, as well as for singing, and working on fluency in music class.

Flip (Formally Flipgrid)

Flipgrid allows students to record their own videos, which they can then watch back. They could use this in music class for a project on famous musicians (similarly to how I have my students do a Google Slides presentation). This can help them practice their fluency in speaking without having to speak in front of the class.

Chrome Music Lab

Chrome Music Lab is a great tool for students to explore and listen to different sounds. They can create music with different instruments, dynamics, etc. and practice listening and giving feedback.

Quaver
