         <description><![CDATA[<div>Each lesson begins with a Roll Call and introduction to the topics/themes of the lesson. Students will split into their pre-assigned groups of 6 and complete a mobility warm-up with dynamic stretching.<br>Each group will receive an IPad which one person will be in charge of. <br>Each Ipad will have a section in the Notes app which directs the students in the outline of the class (Theme-Activities-Tasks) coupled with the teacher's instructions.<br>Students can access sites which show tutorials on how to execute the movements correctly.<br>Students follow the template and complete the tasks in their teams.<br>In keeping with the key factor of positive interdependence in co-operative learning, students will have to practice and develop their skills in a group setting and help each other to improve because the students will be graded on a team performance in each of the three areas gymnastics and the culminating event.</div>]]></description>
