Students will split into their pre-assigned groups of 6 and complete a mobility warm-up with dynamic stretching.
Each group will receive an IPad which one person will be in charge of. 
Each Ipad will have a section in the Notes app which directs the students in the outline of the class (Theme-Activities-Tasks) coupled with the teacher's instructions.
Students can access sites which show tutorials on how to execute the movements correctly.
Students follow the template and complete the tasks in their teams.
