Think of important traits or qualities you have that contribute to effective teamwork. Even though each person has a specific role, every team member must contribute to the project.

Each group member will create a post about themselves telling why they choose one of the following roles (only 1 student per role):

• Facilitator - Guides the group discussions and keeps them on task.

• Big Idea Grabber - Summarizes the big ideas the group has when they researching the woman in STEAM.

• Time Keeper / Assignment Tracker - Keeps track of what steps have been completed and makes sure that any assignments are on time.

• Creative Designer - Provides a streamlined, creative theme, images, and design to the Slide Deck.

• Organizer - Makes sure that the Slide Deck is organized, and that proper APA documentation is used.

Note : Be creative and provide clear reasons in your description as to why you are the best person for that role.
