I was very surprised by this book. I thought it would be scary but found myself reading about a boy and how he dealt with guilt and grief. I actually sobbed at the end. Highly recommended

This book is about a girl who is forced to move with her mother and brothers to Alabama from Saigon during the Vietnam war. She must endure a culture shock and bullying but has the support of her family.

This story involves a boy who stutters. His best friend asks him to do his paper route for him while he visits family for a month. He runs into bullies, shady people, but also meets life-long friends. It's a very exciting books that includes danger and excitiement.
