PS and Service Group-related concerns
1. Too many different workflows to remember as each Service Group has their own way of doing things
2. The split between RO and CO makes it hard sometimes to navigate expectations
3. More training for Service LOs (pls give examples)
PL and branch-related
1. For some branches, there are tensions between Ops and Service LOs on job scope, some lines are being drawn
2. Branch managers/COs have a varied expectations for branch-related programmes/community wall
3. Community wall takes way too much time

It is a fantastic idea on paper for each library to have a wall where we interact with the community. Problem comes in execution due to content creation, thinking of themes to put up, KPI tracking, limited manpower at branch to complete at stipulated deadline & the timeframe to put up new theme each quarter. If the timeframe can be calibrated (instead of quarterly, maybe once every four months), removal of KPI tracking and more initiatives to help with content creation & themes, it would help a great deal.

previously when we started this journey, we went in with a lot of uncertainty and vigor. we're reaching our two-year mark and i think a lot of us have lost that vigor because there's so much expected of us and we work ourselves to the bone to meet those expectations. honestly, are there talks considering to raise our pay any time soon?

Can managers be advised to only take in exhibitions that add value to their branches/loans etc and not just accept exhibitions just because the library has space availability?

Are loan promotion a must?

If we are encouraging patrons to read, are loan promotions a must to have? Sometimes we do see patrons borrowing items and returning them the next second after they are done redeeming the items offered.

Can we have a better balance of progs/projects and maybe not add more projects to the plate of the Svc LOs and Librarians? Can try to revise the numbers to help to not overwhelm everyone
