Priority 1: Reducing the incidence and contributing significantly to the reduction of new infections linked to HIV, STIs and viral hepatitis (HV) and other comorbidities, in particular by amplifying combined prevention measures

Priority 2: Elimination of MTCT

Priority 3: Diversify the screening offer, which must be strategically targeted to effectively reach the populations most at risk of HIV/STI/HV infection as well as hard-to-reach populations

Priority 4: Develop a holistic approach taking into account the life cycle of people living with HIV, including people of the third age

Priority 5: Improve care for children and adolescents

Priority 6 (cross-cutting): Creation of an enabling environment to remove barriers to access to services for PLHIV and priority populations
