I previously attended Wake Young Women's Leadership Academy. I interacted with many women leaders in the Wake County area and was given lots of hands-on experience in leadership positions.

The most important leadership skill is clear communication. Connecting with different types of people with diverse learning styles allows leaders to join a larger group of people.
