After the riots and after Mavericks store catches on fire. Starr's parents were very mad at Starr and Seven for not answering the phone, but overall they were happy that Starr and Seven are okay. They eventually made jokes about Chris being with them the entire night in the hood.

Khalil and Starr get pulled over by 115 (Brian), and after a senseless conversation with the police, Khalil is pulled out of the car. He’s patted down on the ground and when the officer goes to check his license and registration Khalil gets up to check on Starr. Khalil is shot three times and is killed. Starr witnesses this traumatic event and rushes out the car to check on Khalil. The officer points the gun at her now as they wait for reinforcements.

When Remy (Hailey's Older Brother) steps into the fight and puts his hands on Starr, Seven steps in a gets into a fight with Remy. Starr ends up winning the fight.
