Art Teacher Substitute Reimbursements for Museum Visits

As part of the SST program, we will reimburse the cost of the Art Teacher's substitute for the day(s) of each field trip to TCA. Please follow this process to receive your reimbursement:

Your school bookkeeper/accountant will submit an invoice for the amount that the Art Teacher's substitute was paid the day(s) of their field trip and send it to
1. Sol Garcia (Education Coordinator) at sgarcia@thecontemporaryaustin.org and 2. accounting@thecontemporaryaustin.org
in an email.

After that is complete, we will take care of the rest!
