Ruth’s routine

When I go to bed, I usually brush my teeth at 8:00 o’clock after dinner, but sometimes I forget it and then I have to get up in the middle of the night to do so.

Occasionally, when I'm too lazy, I set up an alarm just for that.

This recipe is one of the most popular of Colombian meals

The first thing you need is the ingredients:

500 grams of white rice

4 Arepas or Corn dumplings

4 slice of ripe plantains

1/2 cup of hogao

4 cans of pinto beans in water

1 large or 2 medium avocados

500 grams of belly pork

4 Chorizos or sausages

4 eggs

Preparation:

First, you must make white rice as usual. after, make 4 Arepas or Corn cakes. Third, Prepare the Hogao or tomatoes sauce. After that In a saucepan, cook the beans, with the hogaoor tomatoes sauce and the all purpose seasoning (TRS Caribbean) and let then to cook until get a little bit thick. Then Remove the meat and let it drain for a few minutes and grate it in a food processor. Next Cook the Chorizos or sausages in water or beer and then fry in a little oil as well. Finally Serve immediately.

Finally, I went to Ojo del Agua beach, where I was enjoying of calm and crystal waters to swim, after that, I went to sleep in a Rancheria, it is a real and a marvelous experience. On Friday the last day of my traveling, I was visiting El Faro, the most tourist place in Cabo de la Vela and I was running because I also wanted to visit Punta Gallinas, before coming back and I did it. There in Punta Gallinas I was visiting

The Taroa Dunes where is amazing to see the sand mountains and at the end of those mountains, there is the gorgeous sea. On Saturday I was coming back to Cali, were 3 amazing days full of moments and experiences very hard to forget.

Aprendí a conjugar los verbos en los diferentes tiempos gramaticales en inglés, en este ejercicio aprendí cómo conjugar y la estructura correcta en pasado simple, pasado progresivo y presente simple, de la misma manera conocí los adverbios frecuentes.

• ¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿por qué?

Es de suma importancia porque de esta manera puedo ser mas competente en mi vida profesional, al tener más claro cómo construir oraciones en los diferentes tiempos gramaticales en inglés.

Aporta en gran manera, teniendo en cuenta que en la actualidad, la globalización es cada vez mayor y es indispensable esta competencia en la vida personal y profesional.
