Becky Winegard: I really love using Flip Grid to record students reading. The program allows me to quickly record first graders (older students could create their own videos) and then students can create video responses, give shout outs, etc. It's become a major motivator to encourage independent reading

I like using Voice Thread and having students respond to prompts and then sharing them on Google Classroom. This gives students a chance to think about their answers to the prompts, as well as giving them time to respond to their classmates. VoiceThread is an easy app to use and students pick it up right away. Plus I can then grade them quickly.

At first I didn't think I would use many of the tools mentioned, but after looking at them more in depth, I think maybe some of my second graders could do this. Thanks for sharing so many digital video sites.
