-A lot of Hasty Generalization because it evidently shows successful charter schools and it assumes that all charter schools are good
-There is a difficulty in keeping track of teachers that do well, so its difficult to pay teachers more if they are doing well.
-On the other hand, it should be because some teachers are unmotivated because they know that they all get paid the same with tenure. 
-Should teachers have the right for tenure?
-Tenure was actually not given automatically and there was a specific process in which they would be allowed to get tenure.
-Tenure is not needed because it was normally used for professors to help protect their job in universities
-Tenure shouldn't be based on duration but should be based on your passion and your scores from your classes.
-Tenure is the reason why we have low performance teachers because they know that they are going to get paid, so why try?
-Not every teacher is lazy because they have tenure, that is a hAstY genEralIzATion
-Instead of getting rid of tenure we should get provide resources for the teacher to get better.
-One way to make public schools better is to spend more money on them, because the government spend so much money on everything else why not spend money on education?
-Standardized tests do not determine the academic proficiency of students because it is just one test on one day; instead, it should be focused on your grade the entire school year, more so on progress than just one test.
-We're not always at our best when we take standardized tests
-Our education was built on factory working, and the fact that we are still using this system today is the reason why some schools are unsuccessful

- When the child did not participate in graduation ceremony cause her mom did not pay. it is not the child paying, it is the mother.
- The film mainly focuses on waiting for Superman. Superman was the charter schools.
- The charter schools could not accommodate for everyone, that is why they used the raffles.
- The education system is failing.
