The California trail is basicly the gold rush the California trail was created for a reason and that reason is because people had to get to California and because somebody found the gold and everyone started to rush to California for the gold. If you don't know what the gold rush is well that it is where in 1848 to 1855 gold was discoverd by James Marshall at Sutter's hill. The text says " In 1848 to 1855 gold was discovered by James Marshall it was found at sutter's Mill near the city of coloma.'' This shows that the California trail took place on sutters hill and was found by James Marshall. Now the 49ers took a huge part in the gold rush/California your probably wondering what are the 49ers. They are people, and before the gold rush happend there were 14,000 non-native Amricans living in California. And in 1848 to 1849 this all changed. And they were called the 49ers cause this really took processe in 1849.The text says "“This is part of the gold rush because it's California. This soon changed. Around 6,000 people arrived in 1848 and in 1849 around 90,000 people arrived to hunt for gold. These people were called the Forty-niners. They came from all around the world. Some were Americans, but many came from places like China, Mexico, Europe, and Australia.’’ This shows who the 49ers are. This is why you should travel on the California trail cause theres a lot of history and people there and if you have any questions just ask me.By the way if you want to travel on this trail it is $5per day and if you want to have this offer for a week it is also $5. I hope you take this trail and GOOD LUCK. And if you were wondering the California trail is 1,950 miles long. Thank you for traveling with Ava's Adventures. And your probably wondering "well are we going to be able to eat.'' and my answer is yes. THe food is only $1.50 extra and your also most likely wondering well what food is there.

"The Mormon Trail refers to the route the Mormons took after their expulsion from Nauvoo, Illinois, in February 1846." The Mormon Trail is the 1,300-mile route that members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints traveled from 1846 to 1868. Today, the Mormon Trail is a part of the United States National Trails System, known as the Mormon Pioneer National Historic Trail. Most people travel by wagon. “The youth go out and learn that a lot of people died and they push the handcart and after three days they think they are practically dead,” said retired historian Mel Bashore. “But most people traveled in wagons to Utah. The whole Mormon trail movement that spanned 20 years was a really successful endeavor.” The migration pathways connected at the west end of the Mormon Trail included: western leg of the California Trail 1846 from western Missouri to Sacramento, California. Mormon Trail 1846-1847 from Nauvoo, Illinois to Salt Lake City, Utah. The winter of 1845-46 saw the enormous preparations for the Mormon Exodus via the Mormon Trail. In early 1846, the majority of the Latter Day Saints left the city. On September 10, 1846, a mob of about 1,000 anti-Mormons besieged Nauvoo. Each trip is 10 dollars a day, but if you get first class its $39.99 dollars a day! And food is free. You should take the Morman trail, to see history. Its worth it!

Menu (down) :

The Oregon Trail began as a path originally cut by Native Americans, which was later expanded by white fur traders. It later was used during the westward expansion of settlers across North America to the Pacific coast.Americans were not the first people to use the Oregon Trail. Instead, the Native Americans had used these trails for years.Pioneers traveled with simple farm wagons with a box about four feet wide, ten feet long and two feet tall. The front wheels of the wagons were smaller than the rear wheels, which made turning easier.

The trail of tears continued west into Oklahoma, a total distance of nearly 1,000 miles. The Cherokee originally anticipated that this journey would only take about two months to get there. the whole walk was sad because the Cherokees were getting driven out of there homes which was how the trail of tears started in the first place There was 17,000 Cherokee people who left. The people and leaders of the tribes were often divided on the issue. Some thought that they had no choice but to agree to move. Others wanted to stay and fight for their land. Few of them actually wanted to leave their homeland, but they knew they could not fight the United States government and win. I recommend going on the trail of tears because its full of history and you might learn something new

The Mormon trail started in Nauvoo, Illnois and ended in Utah. The trail goes through Iowa, Nebraska, and Wyoming. The reason the Mormons moved west to escape religious persecution. There were 10 total handcart companies that migrated between 1856 and 1860, bringing around 3,000 Mormons of the roughly 70,000 Mormon pioneers to the Great Basin, only about 5 percent of the overall migration. The vast majority of Mormon pioneers arrived in wagon companies. Mormons were the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The church expanded quickly, and by the first year boasted some 1,000 adherents. as you can see the Mormon trail is very interesting and fascinating. You should come to learn every inch of the trail you should take the Mormon trail, to see what it's about. It's worth it! and I guarantee you will have fun and be and expert on the Mormon trail after teaching and seeing the trail. this cost $20 per family for a week. but if you get the expert pack for $30 you get 1 whole meal for a 4 family that is traveling every day. to rent a place to sleep is $7 per night.

menu

bacon and eggs
waffles
bacon
steak
