         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and the Changing Role of Building Managers<br></strong>Another article that focuses on the changes some managerial roles will have to face with the upcoming changes in companies. More on the interest of technological advances, growth with certain mechanical achievements raises suspicion on whether or not they will eliminate jobs for actual people. When a study was conducted, they make note of several careers with the primary goals to fix and inspect equipment placed in buildings and large scale systems (city engineering). Out of the five studied, three grew with the times and only two saw a reduction in employment. To keep up with the growth, the demand for adaptable leaders and managers in the line of work is needed to help people grow rather than supervise. </div>]]></description>
