         <description><![CDATA[<p>Tier 3: Mixing Ones &amp; Tens</p><p><br/></p><p>Activity(Pick one):</p><ol><li><p>Mixed Counting Game</p><ol><li><p>A game where students each get a dice. If they roll a one they count forward by ones. If they roll a two they count forward by tens. They do this all the way to 100. Could be done individually or in pairs.</p></li></ol></li><li><p>Number Match</p><ol><li><p>Provide Students with number cards from 1-100 and ask them to arrange them in a sequence. Challenge them to find all the multiples of tens. </p></li></ol></li></ol><p><br/></p><p>Open ended question:</p><p>Can you create a picture that shows the different ways to count to 100 using both ones and tens?
