Cacao farm with crops of seven varieties of fine aroma national cocoa.  its owner is Mr. Toribio, a very kind and hospitable man, On the farm they gave us a talk about planting and harvesting cocoa. At the end of the walk through the farm we were offered fresh coconut water and we rested in a cabin.

STORAGE CENTER "FORTALEZA DEL VALLE CORPORATION"

We made a visit to the storage center Fortaleza del Valle.  We learned about the fermentation process, and dried the cocoa beans.

they gave us a talk about the export of Ecuadorian cocoa, to European countries such as Holland, France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain and to American countries such as Canada and Mexico

"LOS ARBOLEROS" FARM

On the farm the arboleros we made hikes activities of sowing cocoa, bamboo cane and gathering green bananas.
