It reminded me a lot of the music from Disney movies like Sleeping Beauty or Pocahontas. There are a few parts in the song where it gets really loud, and those bits reminded me of New World Symphony.

One of her notable compositions is "Three pieces for Cello and Piano". I liked the song very much. It was very melodic and made me want to fall asleep, but in the good way. It was not boring and it relaxed me like a soothing lullaby.

He organized many groups that were unique and different from the other groups at the time. He revolutionized tango music by adding jazz and classical aspects and showing the international community to beauty of tango.

For my piece, I listened to Oblivion. I liked to song because of expressive the song was. The long notes made to song seem haunted and stuck in oblivion. The many layers and complexity also appealed to me.

The title of the piece I listened to was Cafe 1930. I liked this song because it has a nice combination of violin and guitar. I like how the melody goes from calm and slow to intense. Cafe 1930 also has a unique and interesting melody.

Specialty: The double bass is rarely presented as a solo instrument, making his performances unique in the music community.

Composition: One of Foley's more recent compositions, "Freedom," is a quick paced piece with intense dynamics and lots of slurred notes. I am not a fan of this work, as the music sounds very messy and unorganized. However, this could be symbolizing how freedom is not an easy battle and is a messy right. Foley is most known for his work with the double bass, and communicating his virtuosity and passion through his instrument and music. His pieces often include lots of dynamics and intensity, which heightens the dramatics of the work.

I listened to her piece, Symphony No.1, and I noticed the influence from Dvorak in some parts. I liked her powerful 1st movement and saw some resemblances to Dvorak's New World Symphony. I also liked how she incorporated elements of her heritage in the 3rd movement, aptly named "Juba Dance". Even though the song was influenced by others, it still had it's own character and charm.

Though she was mainly recognized as the first African-American Symphonic Composer.

I decide to hear one of her pieces which was Symphony No.1 and it felt climatic. And with a few moments of peaceful parts which was be good from the bit of climatic.

And the mix of instruments worked well as it seemed as a climatic finish to something which is good. Well for me.

The songs rhythms were good but not enough for my taste. and the harmonies were decent, i didn't really enjoy it that much but it was good, the reason i picked it was because it was one of few that were to my liking in what i heard from him

They hold the note for a long time at a loud volume which is very impressive. And the pianist doesn't cancel put the voice and nor does the voice cancel out the piano. They're both synchronized and sounded amazing.

The melody was very enjoyable and catchy. The harmony backed up the melody in a way so perfect that it completed the song in an enjoyable and calming way.

the composition I listened to was three pieces for cello and piano. I enjoyed listening to the first two pieces because it was very calming and relaxing. I also enjoyed the third one but it was different than the rest of them because it was more loud and fast. I liked that the piano wasn't very loud or very quiet. I also liked that each piece sounded different kept the same vibe.
