Jungheinrich UK also have a new huge warehouse in Northern UK and will not be able to utilise all of this space with current ventures. -what about the product range of Trex related to electronics (printboards, controllers, joysticks, displays, ...) ? I'm refering not only new part, exchange or RR, repairs, handsets , telematics, etc.? 
- what about traction batteries? what brand do they deliver? 
- what are their transport rates? for what amount do they give gratis transport? Do we know if they have yearly agreements with big accounts or rebates? 
- what about the sales agents / representatives? Are they technical skilled? Do they have the autonomy to negotiate prices ? or this handled always by a pricing dep.? 
- what % of their turnover is supported by the online webshop? offers and orders? 
- what is the return policy? Warranty terms?

- Do they focus mainly on end customers or on traders, or on both and do we/they expect this to create problems in the long run with either group (traders in particular)? 
- Do we know whether they have plans to venture into the GSE, MEWP or cleaning business and how are they on batteries?
