He had a dream about 3 clusters of grapes that he squeezed and their juice dripped into Pharaoh's wine goblet. 
The 2nd guy was Pharaoh's personal baker. He dreamt that he had 3 baskets of bread on his head. Birds came and ate the bread from the basket on his head.
