Thank you for tonight’s class Suzy! It didn’t feel like a typical class session at all—more like a fun get-together with friends :-) I really appreciate all the effort you put into setting up the decorations and ofrenda, hosting the games, the costume contest, and organizing the fun prizes and activities. It was amazing!! Loved the festivities. It made for a memorable and special night!

I wanted to just say a quick thank you to Suzy and our class for an amazing class tonight. It was full of lots of fun, love, tears, and laughter. I will cherish these memories as this is my last Halloween spent at SMC!! 🧡🥺The costume contest, ofrendas, yummy foods, games, and festive spirits of our school counselors made this presentation night extra special!!

It’s easy to forget why games, food, and fun are so important to kids (and adults). Thanks for the amazing reminder of why it’s so important and allowing us to have a wonderful time while learning this lesson. Wednesday's class was so much fun and yet still very impactful. I feel so lucky to get to learn from you each session, but this week's class truly showed your mastery of holding both fun and learning in one class. You created an environment that allowed me to feel safe and welcomed by all and share what has been going on for me and my family. I appreciated everyone's support and kindness. TO MY CLASSMATES, thank you all for showing up as you are and bringing great snacks. It was because of you all too that Wednesday was a major success. I look forward to our remaining time together in class and as professionals.

Thank you so much Suzy for putting together a class that wasn’t a class but a get together full of love, laughter and true connection. You always have a way of bringing people together in a way that feels easy and meaningful. I’m grateful on so many levels to have you as a professor. This class was truly memorable.
