<title>SSUSH3: Analyze the causes of the American Revolution. by Nathaniel Schuster</title>
      <link>https://padlet.com/ns11192/y00b8o07uss7cdcp</link>
<description>The purpose of this collection is to provide you with resources to successfully master the standard SSUSH3: Analyze the causes of the American Revolution. Because the American Revolution is one of the first major events where colonists are now forming their own identity as Americans, it is important that we study the key causes of the American Revolution. Many students only think of the war itself, but the revolution actually happened before. The materials in this curated collection will help you focus on the key people, terms, and causes/effects of the war. The resources are broken down and organized into two learning objectives. 1)	By the end of the unit, I will be able to explain how colonists responded to the Proclamation of 1763, the Stamp Act, and the Intolerable Acts.

2)	By the end of the unit, I will be able to explain how Thomas Paine’s, Common Sense, persuaded Americans to seek independence from Great Britain.
