Often we start with what one member has called our ORGAN RECITAL! - all the aches and pains, doctor's appointments, moans and groans, reflecting the average age of the group!  Once that's out of the way we can can get on to other topics. Our group has come through illness, bereavement, divorce, mental health issues, money troubles, big family issues, big work issues, all the usual stuff of life. Being part of a supportive group is incredibly helpful... they are so wise!
