  • Andy helped me find the exact company the HUMAC is from and what model the HUMAC is which helped me add more detail to my HUMAC set-up section.
  • Andy helped me solve the issue of specifics with the EMG equipment with giving me usual papers and pointers. This helped me describe areas properly such as interlelectrode distance which was 20mm
  • After going over my methods section Andy said to keep it exxacrtly how it was with the study design just that we needed this detail we talked about.
  • Andy also helped me with finding the website to use and reference for my electrode placement on the vastus medialis and lateralis  - SENIAM.org.

  • Andy helped me understand that pearsons correlation co-efficient was the best methods of analysing the relationships between decrease in muscle activity and the other factors. 
  • We came to the conclusion that including the normality test results has no harm, and should be done.
  • All the graphs were ok, some questioning about graph titles were concerned by Andy, however MMU recommend no titles. A significance marker was added to the Vastus Medialis graph
  • We removed all the N rows in the table as they all were the same value = 8
