Project Log Sheets 1/2 - adequate but more details of (a) what is being discussed at the meetings and (b) what has to be done by team members before the next meeting.
Team Logo - well done 1.5/2 (Less Half a mark for not including team members emails on the padlet and not naming the padlet with your Team Name (all requirements).
Goals and Action Planning Sheets - 0.5/1.- adequate. You need to make more. This document will have to be re-opened by the team leader and done again as a new Week 3 Goals and Action Planning document. Goals - what does your team want to achieve (overall) this trimester in this course? HOW will you achieve the GOALS (that you all wrote in the first box). Third box is also incorrect and this information should have been written in the Project Log Sheets - make an action plan of how you will achieve the Team Task and who will do what by when here on your new Goals and AP document for Week 3. 0.5/1

Dear Greatest Chocolate. You have done some accurate recording of what you are doing in your team meetings and what you need to do between team meetings on your Project Log Sheets 2/2. However I have to let you know for your last 2 meetings that and leading up to your presentation - you really need to focus on making the .ppt together and discussing the activities. Why give Oscar the details "after the meeting". Simon, the meeting is to discuss the details - that is the purpose of your meetings. Most of the other teams now are actively working on their .ppt through both of the week 3 meetings (I saw this on their videos). All of your time in the meetings should now be spent on "doing" the Team Task together - the .ppt; discussing the activities; and starting the session plan.
Sorry to see in the video that two of your team members are missing, and you think that Jes may have dropped the course. I will get in touch with Jes and express your concerns to her. Simon is doing a very good at facilitating these meetings. It would be useful if he got more support from all of the team members (absent and present) to speak up and work on the teamwork processes as well as the Team Task. What has to be done by when?? By next week ....... needs to do a draft .ppt ... and ... and ... have to come to the meeting with 2 ideas each about activities that we can discuss and decide on for the next meeting. This is what we need to be recording on the Task Log Sheets. You must focus more on the Team Task (blue sheet). 3.5/5 Melanie

There seems to be only 1 Project Log sheet (which does record all action planing accurate). What happened to project log 6? 1/2
Video is a very good representation of team leader facilitation, teamwork empowerment which includes a high level of input from the team. Well done. 2/2
