This week, Ms. Magret taught instead of Ms. Jo, the children got to know and caught up with Ms. Magret very quickly. The English lessons with her were fun and new. The children of Rosy class sang the songs “Good morning dear flowers” and “How’s the Weather?” “Days of the week”, and made a circle under the theme “Summer speech”. In addition to learning activities, the children also participated in outdoor fun activities under the guidance of teachers. Under the warm sunlight, they participated in movement games, breathed in the fresh air, stayed in touch, learned, and discovered new things from nature. A specialty of Lucita is story-telling in both English and Vietnamese. It would repeat every day; therefore, it went deep inside our souls naturally. A change from telling a story at a table to the floor, from using props to body language., helped us to have more inspiration and concentration. Các con đã có kỹ năng đập và tách vỏ trứng rất chuyên nghiệp, phát triển tốt kỹ năng khuấy bột và sử dụng muôi múc bột vào chảo dầu gọn gàng. Háo hức nhất là phần nếm thử bánh, bánh ra khỏi chảo là hết luôn ba mẹ ạ.  

This week, the little chefs of Rosy's class have delicious and crispy pancakes. The children had very professional skills in breaking and separating eggshells, well-developed skills in stirring the dough and using the ladle to scoop the dough into the oil pan neatly. The most exciting part was tasting the cake, which finished right after taking all cakes out of the pan.

The sweet sound of the piano nurtures children's souls and is indispensable during the school weeks. The Music Club started with "Good morning", and songs about the dates and the weather. The Lucita Schools had the pleasure to be chosen by Dich Vong Ward as the venue for the "Happy Baby Festival", with the participation of neighboring private preschools. The children were able to participate in performing arts competitions and playing some movement games: sack jumping, tug of war., ect...
