Through this discussion board, I have learned abundant knowledge about different key roles from different professions and discovered how different professional people work collaboratively to build a healthy and well-being society without any unwanted circumstance. For example, ECE is the foundation of children who protect them by making an effort to keenly aware the children every day and report to the team any sign of symptoms that may affect a child’s well-being. Social service workers directly and indirectly provide resources and counseling for children and their families or individuals to protect from risk of harmful situations. They discuss their experience and emotion to build trust and relation to cope up with the difficult situation. So that, ECE can work with SSW to provide a resource and help for family and children regarding their situation. SSW and ECE can share their ideas and then create the plan for them to cope with their situation. A community and justice service workers offer help for people who are at risk. Also, they provide support for them who conflict with the law. Through all of these duties of the profession, I have learned that working with children and families, the partnership between those three types of professions is the key success for the child and family’s well-being. Moreover, I have achieved a significant knowledge through the discussion board that Jeffery did not fail, we all professionals who are working with children failed to show our respect and responsibility to them. I have learned from others and about the crucial role of other professional’s point of view and how to raise our voice towards health and well-being of children and families in the future by working collaboratively with other professional people. Now, I know very well that what are the child’s rights and child’s rules and regulations.
