Legitimacy can be found in three different types:
1. One is traditional because many people want to follow what they have been doing for the last 100 years and they don't want to change that
2. God gave people the power. In this many leaders believed that god and other religious figures gave them the power to rule and lead, and if you went against the king or queen then you were going against god and doing a sin
3. Personality was another way of government because if you could charm and win over the people then they would like and obey you as an leader.
