Nevertheless, I'll prove you that it's not. Here's a few of my top tips. 
1. Say "bye " to debts or at least reduce amount of them
2. Energy and water saving = money saving
3. reduce amount of new cloth that you buy. Thrifting is a great alternative btw
4. Check you shopping list to be sure that there's not excessive things
5. Buy actually required things
6. Set saving goals
7. Track your spending
8. Manage amount of money that your gadgets and applies waste
9. Make a research about ways how to cut spending
10. Get a part time job
11. Try to get a scholarship
