In addition to this, I became an Ivy Team member because I wanted to grow as a teacher and learn new teaching methods. Being part of this team helps me improve my skills, share ideas with other teachers, and give my students better learning experiences.

I became a teacher because I was inspired by two amazing women in my life -my mom and my grandma. Watching them care for others with patience, strength, and love taught me the value of nurturing and guiding those around me. Their wisdom and encouragement sparked my passion for helping children grow, learn, and believe in themselves. Teaching isn’t just a job to me — it’s a way of continuing their legacy and making a positive impact on the next generation.

As I always said I love kids and I can’t see them crying or in any other negative situation. From that root down, that’s become one of my passion to create or shape the student’s future. And I started entering my teacher’s journey after I turned 18, become an international school teacher for almost about 3 years and I realized they need English barriers so I joined Ivy which I used to be student.

After matriculation exam finished, I decided to be a study guide for high school students. Six years later, I was sure that I wanted to be a professional English teacher and I dedicated to be an excellent teacher. When I was 20 years old, I would like to take IELTS exam and I found out about IELTS IVY. I practiced speaking together with IVY’s IELTS speaking video. Fortunately, I saw recruitment from IVY’s HR team and I applied. Now I am really into teaching and I am happy to be here.

My visa got rejected in February so I was lost and did I know what to do. But then, I saw job offer post from IVY for young learners. I love kids and young learners courses are one of my strengths, so I applied for it and got the job .

I became a Class Manager at an English school because of my passion is learning and studying English and helping others. Although I haven't attended university yet, I reached a B1 level in English through self-study. When I saw the opportunity to work at an English school, I saw it as a perfect step to gain experience in the education field. I literally know that education is a power and I really want to work and educational environment.I enjoy organizing classes, supporting students, and working closely with teachers. My ultimate goal is to become an English teacher in abroad, and this role is helping me to reach my goal in any way.

I became a teacher because when I was younger, I had a bad experience with one of my teachers. They made me feel like I wasn’t good enough and didn’t support me when I needed help. That experience hurt, and it stuck with me.So I decided to try to become the kind of teacher I wish I had someone who listens, encourages, and makes every student feel seen and valued.And I also want to get new experiences from here and to be a part of this journey.

I became a class manager because I truly want to help students grow not just in school, but in life. I want to teach them how to be kind, how to believe in themselves, and how to enjoy learning. I believe good behavior, self-respect, and appreciating their hard work will help them succeed and be happy, not just now, but for the rest of their lives.

One big advantage of being a class manager is that I get to improve my English and communication skills I work with many people who speak English so it helps me speak better and feel more confident.

The main thing that I became a teacher is I love children. I became a teacher because I wanna give my students the things I didn’t get as a student. Education is not expensive if you are privileged enough to learn somehow it is expensive for most children and I was one of them. I was privileged enough to learn and start this journey but there are students who are not. So my goal is to get them into the classroom where everything starts.
