         <description><![CDATA[<p>I see in one student that they continue to guess at words. He tends to read a word and then guess what the word is. For example, today he was reading and the word was "comprehend" and he said "compare". I also noticed that he spells words based on how they sound only - the video mentioned spelling friends as frens which he does.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I'm not aware of any particular students who are dyslexic but I am sure that I have a couple based on the statistics. I wonder how many of my students are diagnosed, and of that number, what age they were when diagnosed. At high school my biggest worry would be an undiagnosed student who is afraid to advocate for themselves because they have never had a teacher care to see if they are dealing with dyslexia. </p>]]></description>
