The last year, I was in the Hotel Royal Solaris in Mexico - Cancun. 

I had the best experience in this Hotel, It was perfect for me, because It's an amazing place, the people who work there are friendly, respectful, if you need something people will help.

The package that I chose was perfect because I had all food and snacks for 24 hours. In this Hotel I had activities all day, for example in the morning I could go to the pool and do aerobics. In the afternoon I participated in many activities like walking or I could go to the main places like Chichinitza that is one of the seven wonders of the world. At night, I went to the theatre or different shows.

I visited interesting places like Xenotes, differents parks like X-caret and Xplor. It was fantastic because I was able to go on the rides, swim with dolphins and meet different people from other countries.

For me the best thing in the world is eating and traveling, I think that it's money well spent, and there the food is delicious. I don't like spicy food but luckily, because many people from differents cultures go to this place they avoid putting that in.


One night, I went to the Cocobongo, It's a good club and a famous place because all night I could see many shows and enjoy the party. The people are crazy in this place but It's good if you want to have a different experience.

Maybe, I needed more time to enjoy everythings. For this reason I need to go there again.

It was a good experience. If I can have the experience again it will be perfect.

I recommend this place.

I left Bangkok very late and I park my car at the gas station to book the hotel online on last minute. I choose this hotel because the price was acceptable and the pictures looks good. 

When I arrived, I realized that I get ripped off. The parking lot was dark and stale. The receptionist seems like they had a bad month. They were unprofessional and they even eat the food while doing paperworks for me. The best point is the room itself. The air was very stale and the lights wasn't working properly. The mattress is vey soft and you can even sink into the mattress. The AC wasn't working properly and the compressor lock it self up on 11PM. When I go downstairs to ask receptionist to change the room, no one was there. So, I decided to sleep without AC and in the next morning, I was sweating so bad. I went downstairs and have some breakfast across the hotel, then I checked out immediately. 

Luckily, soon after that, I heard that this hotel had been closed for no reason. Some of them said it was haunted but it's too bad that I ain't spot any ghost.

I remember going there with my friends when I was twenty. That was a special holiday so a lot of people came there to travel. That was the reason why most of the hotels were full and it was difficult to find one. Luckily, we found an old hotel but no one was staying there except the owner and his staff. At the beginning, we felt a little bit strange. After that, the room was very terrible. It was covered in dust and may be no one used it for a long time. We tried cleaning and making something better because we were exhausted after a long trip. Then another worst thing that there was no hot water although the weather was so cold. The owner said they didn't have enough electricity to control hot water. We couldn't go anywhere because there was no available room in others. We must stayed there in two days and came back home early two days. Moreover, the breakfast was good, but it did not have many options. But in general the hotel had clean rooms. furthermore you can get a room has amazing view. Also a bus station near from the hotel about ten minutes. In addition, around it there are many wonderful café and restaurants. The band was invited to participate in a competition in Sibundoy. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and we went for breakfast, we were seated at different tables. My colleagues had the same thing, a small plate, but a partner and I decided to ask for something different and we did not ask how much it was, when we finished eating we went to pay and what we ate was expensive and I did not have enough money with me. I had to ask to borrow some money from my teacher.
Later we were in the hotel 
and i needed to call my parents to let them know that I was fine but there was no coverage and the hotel had no Wi-Fi.
At night time we decided to go out and get to know the town a little. After a while it started to rain and we had to go back to the hotel, it was very cold and the beds were not very comfortable.

There were a lot of problems such as service, parking, Wi-Fi, Air-condition and breakfast. Before I arrived, I called to them for check them room that it was ready or not. They told us that the room was ready. When I arrived there, the room was not available yet and reception was not good in service and parking was not enough also. We turn on air-con in room long time but it was not cold enough. In the moring, we went to restaurant to have breakfast but it was not fresh and hot. We complained at reception and they said only sorry and nothing...... ;@

Great hotel and great location. ( Just 5 minutes walk  to a small supermarket that you can find everything  you need ).

 I visited Hotel Dann, 4 years ago with my family  and I enjoyed all my time in this place. The lobby, the room and the restaurant are great .Also, the best thing is that  you have direct access to  the heated pool on the beach . Another positive thing  about this Hotel is that the people who work there were very friendly and they make you feel happy, comfortable and relaxed.

 I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cartagena. All my needs were met and more. I will stay here again or at any hotel Dann in the world.

We were so excited and had lots of things planned to do there. Moreover, my mom already booked  everything such as the restaurants, a hire  car and activities. It was in December and the weather was so cold in that season. I had hay fever and it made me very sick. My mom asked for the medicine from the receptionist. The next day we had to have some lunch at the popular restaurant on the mountain and it took 2 hours to go there.
I'm the one who was sick, so I couldn't go there with my parents but I was so lucky to have two lovely staff who were taking care of me and they treated me very well.
Finally, I got much better and I could join them on day three. That was my warm and special memory, I love them.
