The purpose of the article is to study the measures taken by the state in order to protect the environment. The article discusses the actions of local authorities in the field of nature protection.  The effectiveness of the current policy is analyzed, the degree of environmental pollution in the region is assessed, and options for solving problems are proposed based on statistical data.  

Analyzing the article, we can say that the environmental protection measures described in the program are being fully implemented, but these measures are not enough. The measures taken have not been finalized and therefore do not show their effectiveness. There is a problem with waste disposal in our region. To solve these problems, a garbage reform was introduced, which did not show results. To solve some of the problems, it is necessary to build waste processing enterprises. But this construction causes a negative opinion both from the authorities and the population.  

Summing it all up, we can say that we can solve our problems by working together. Only by solving problems in the system can we ensure a better life for ourselves.
