At the end of the qualitative and quantitative researches, considering that there are topics that are out of date in the curriculum, the renewal decision has been put into practice.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The Key Competences are formed by the given skills of communication in the mother tongue, communication in foreign languages, math proficiency, science and technology competency, digital competency, learning to learn, taking initiative and perception of entrepreneurship, social and public competencies and cultural awareness and expression. Students should have cultural and linguistic awareness in order to grasp the importance of aesthetic factors in life. Social and public competences enable students to open up themselves to the world and to know the rules and ethics of behavior accepted in different societies and environments (eg business). Other than these concepts, learning to learn opens a new door for students to acquire self-discipline and independent study skills.</div>]]></description>

Considering the new needs of our century, determination of knowledge and competencies are within the scope of the "target" element of the program. Achievements will require more complex and higher-order thinking and application skills<br>formed in the way. The core competencies are,<br>digital competence, learning to learn, social and civic competencies, taking initiative and entrepreneurship perception, cultural awareness and expression. Another element in qıestion is that how these competences will be measured. However, how these competencies are measured by teachers?<br>There is no explanation in the programs about the evaluation process.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
