         <description><![CDATA[<div>More collaborative teaching. Sharing of ideas and resources e.g. showcasing a lesson and discussing what worked and didn't work. Lesson observations from the leadership team to provide feedback to staff.<br>That leaders are aware of the demands at any one point in time on staff and that this is considered when allocating tasks to be completed. <br>That further education is encouraged and valued. That staff are given opportunities to take on new roles/responsibilities with guidance i.e. building capacity in staff.  <br><br><strong>Student learning and curriculum.<br></strong>Programming efficiently and improving it as we go. Incorporate activities that cater for different learning needs and styles and make activities fun/engaging. With mixed ability classes, more support for the weaker students to cater for their low ability.<br><br><strong>Organisation and processes.<br></strong>Assessment Schedule as early possible including the type of task that will be completed. Showing the faculty examples of quality assignment style tasks from other schools. Spreading out the marking of assignments so that it's not all happening at once. <strong><br></strong><br></div>]]></description>
