         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Engaging in moderate physical activity; maintaining normal body weight; limiting alcohol consumption; reducing sodium intake; maintaining adequate intake of potassium; and consuming a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and low-fat dairy products and reduced in saturated and total fat. These can help prevent blood pressure from increasing and can help decrease elevated blood pressure levels for those with high normal blood pressure or hypertension.<br>(Arroll and Beaglehole, 1992; Whelton et al., 2002; Church et al., 2007). </div>]]></description>
