We choose video of Mount Rushmore because we curious about the place and we thought it's very interesting. We're interested because this is an interesting sight, natural beauty that you might not find elsewhere, such as cliffs that stand firmly with attractive shapes, forests and plants that when you see them make all your burdens disappear.

We like the video because we feel like We're going travelling to the place in the video. What an unique part from the video is a cliff carved into the shape of a human head and surrounded by beautiful forests. But this video a little bit confusing because we can't walking around the place,so we just see the place in one point only. And from this video we know that Mount Rushmore is a really beautiful and awesome place for healing our soul, and this place is also famous between a traveller all around the world,as we can see from the video, there are so many tourist in Mount Rushmore. We want to know more about Mount Rushmore, what is the place used for(beside the tourism function) and how is the other side of Mount Rushmore in the video,unfortunately we can't see more about it. And the last, what we can learn from the video is never to be an arrogant person because there is still a sky above the sky, it means that there is something more beautiful than a beauty that we have been see or feel.

Many politicians think that by giving other countries aid, it means that we are cutting down our budget which seems wasteful. If we think of this aid like an ‘investment’, we will make more profit in the future. Foreign aid is the international transfer of capital,goods,or services from a country or international organization. But many people think that foreign aid is a waste. Bill Gates,through his experience, tells us about how foreign aid actually give a lot of impact. He explain the reasons about why people think foreign aid is a waste such as the amount of aid,corruption & aid dependence. For the last, there is an explanation about how does foreign aid work.

The Amount of Aid for health from the US for other countries is cut to be diverted to other sectors. The survey agency stated that outside aid funds amounted to 25%, but government itself agreed that only 10% had to be spent. In fact only 1% of aid funds are spent, which is 30 billion dollars per year, only 11 billion dollars is used for health and 19 billion dollars is used for roads, irrigation systems and building schools. This has an impact on reducing the health rescue of children who should be prioritized for the good of the country's future.

One of many critics is that aid only obstructs all normal economic developments in a country that gives aid to another country. In addition, a country in need becomes dependent on kindess and generosity from another country giving aids without ulterior motives. This is why many people (especially politicians) think that foreign aid is a waste.

 “FOREIGN AID, A CONTROVERSY”

Foreign aid is the act of helping other countries in need by sparing several percent of the nations wealth. Foreign aid is controversial in the economic development of countries in need. Many believes that assistance from other countries are ineffective and has harmed poor developing countries throughout the years. On the other hand, many believes that foreign aid are useful and would help reduce poverty in poor developing countries.

The view that foreign aid are ineffective as they create depedency, fostering, and corruption. Some politicians who believed foreign aid are ineffective thinks that foreign aid also prevents countries from taking advantage of the opportunities provided by the global economy. However, many believed that foreign aid is needed due to its effectiveness in countering poverty related issues such as diseases, hygiene and sanitation standards, and immunization. According to GAVI, this has helped almost 243 million children to be immunized.

'The Controversy Of Foreign Aid'

Foreign Aids is not a waste like what media inform. In fact aid help a lot of countries that have economic issue. With this financial support from rich country they can build the new hospital, school and agriculture. And all of it Will impact the development of poor country especially in economic sector. The aid comes with a purpose eventhough there is pro and  cons about the transparancy and how government use the money, that's still makes some people worry about that and choose to not believe in foreign aid program. But in the future this program Will give all country a big benefit if we still support the program and help the government to collect the aid.

But still, there is a problem and challenge about this aid. The people trust is the main issue, they just concern that the dictator use the money for themselves and refuse to help their own people. Not just that, media often give misinformation that make it aid program looks bad and makes people stop to believe it. But that does not mean these problems make aid funds have to be canceled , we must understandthese funds able to increase life expectancy in various countries .like for example in the health sector, in a country like Cambodia malaria is a horror story that is feared but thanks to the aid program now many people who can be helped and survived from malaria. In Africa, many countries are no longer dependent on the US, this indicates that their economies have grown, This indicates that aid funds play an important role in the world economy. 

Each person must have different softskills so that each individual may not have the same level of skills. For example, an individual who is active in organizations tends to have better organizational skills than those who rarely join organizations. In addition, this can be experienced by various individuals, including: students, teachers, and employees.

On the other hand, we can improve our softskills in various aspects, such as: communication, organization, and presentation. These aspects can be used as a reference for a teacher to teach or practice the basics of softskills to students that will be used by students to solve a problem themselves and the surrounding environment. This can be applied if the student has entered the workforce in the future. When they enter the workforce, the student can be called a worker. Hence, the worker must be able to use his softskills in various situations so that the work can be done to the maximum.

In conclusion, skills are very important in the world of work in the present and the future. Hopefully, each individual can develop their softskills early on so that the individual is ready to compete with others.

The current situation in our educational environment is extremely concerning. High school fresh graduates are not qualified enough to fulfill both employers and colleges high expectations of competence. Moreover, with the employment landscape changing, the situation of school requirements relevance and value are still very debatable.

The fast-changing world will continue to drive employers to seek applicants with skills to better deal with customers, work in complex environments, accommodate evolving organizational cultures and the rapid introduction of new tools and approaches to successfully perform ‘work.’ Through examining the top 100 skills required for each of the positions on the high-growth/high-salary list and the top 100 skills required across all U.S. occupations, IDC researchers conclude that the most required skills with high-growth/high-salary include oral and written communication skills, Microsoft office, detail oriented, problem solving, and self-starting/self-motivated.  

Therefore, when choosing curricular content or objectives, educators should consider the set of common, core skills that employers will demand of students after they graduate. They examine the most relevant tools that will help increasing students’ technical skills. However, it is also highly important for high school students to realize that a lot of jobs with both high-growth potential and above-average salary expectations require little more than a high school degree. So other than increasing skills, consider taking bachelor's degree or higher. Because success in the job market of the future will continue to require investment in higher-level skills and schooling.

In conclusion, to best prepare students with excellent ‘job readiness’, it is important to understand the skills with the broadest applicability to success in 2020. It is essential that instructional content, in-class expectations, assessments, and educational tools are all aligned to prepare students with the skills that are relevant in the future and highly sought-after contributors to the global economy for many decades.

An education system is considered capable of supporting the development of general skills and even determining future success in the broader academic and civil economic sphere. Therefore the development of an appropriate curriculum and relevant to technological development needs to be done. The required skills must first be identified so that current students who are workers in 2020 can receive decent work and above average salary expectations.

skills needed by prospective workers include: communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems. Communication skills are needed because many jobs require strong communication skills and people with good communication skills usually enjoy good interpersonal relationships. Attention to detail is also needed because work requires focus on accuracy and accuracy in tasks. Ability to solve problems is needed because a job often gets an unexpected problem, and therefore needs problem solving so that the problem can be solved. 

So it can be concluded that curriculum development needs to be done to develop student's critical thinking skills and abilities. Both aspects play an important role in the future to become a worker in accordance with the criteria of a company in the era of technological progress.
