2. Heu de introduir el tassó de farina dins el bol juntament amb l'ou batut i ho heu de tornar a remenar fins aconseguir una textura pastosa.

3. Quan hageu barrejat bé la farina i l'ou, heu de anar introduint a poc a poc la llet dins de la mescla mentre aneu remenant i barrejant.

4. Heu de aturar de barrejar quan ja la mescla estigui més líquida, com a la fotografia, i després a poc a poc la heu de anar introduïnt ajudant-vos d'un cullerot dins de la paella.

5. Ja introduïda la mescla a la paella, heu de anar girant amb l'ajuda de dos espàtules cada 30 segons perquè es faci igual per les dues cares.

6. Un cop hageu emplatat la vostra crep, podeu afegir el que vulgueu, com: xocolata, xarop de qualsevol gust, qualsevol tipus de fruita, etc.

2. Esmicola el llevat amb els teus dits, incorpora la llet i remou amb una cullera fins que es dissolgui.

3. En el bol en què la vagis a pastar tira la farina, la sal i la canyella i barreja amb una cullera sopera.

4. Fes un volcà al centre i aboca-hi la llet amb el llevat i l'ou i POSEM ALGUNS DELS INGREDIENTS DE LA MASSA PER gofres AL BOL.

5. Ara arriba el moment de pastar. Ara veu afegint la mantega en tandes.
Quan hagis integrat una part de la mantega segueix amb la següent fins tenir-la tota ben barrejada en la massa.
 
6. Deixa compactada al fons d'un bol i tapa-ho amb paper film o un drap humit.
Deixa que fermenti voltant d'1 hora i mitja o 2 hores.
 
7. Un cop la massa hagi pujat afegeix el sucre i barreja-ho tot bé fins que el sucre s'hagi repartit bé per tota la massa.
Veu agafant trossos de massa de 80 gr, amassels una mica per fer-los compactar i fer una boleta i deixa'ls sobre un paper de forn. Cobreix-los amb un drap de cotó i deixa'ls reposar 30 minuts.

8. A el cap d'aquest temps escalfa la teva gofrera i quan estigui ben calent col·loca en el centre de cada motlle una massa, no et preocupis que no cal estirar-la perquè la gofrera ja s'encarrega d'això.
Cuina'ls durant el temps que prefereixis dins la gofrera.
