The person by the fridge is getting food for the cats. Almost all the cats are pointed in that direction. One cat is even sitting down right beside the person looking into the fridge

Everyone in the room- the cats and the man- are focused on the woman. The cats are facing her and the man is looking at her. Also the cants are not real. I think that it is something to fill in the space that was once filled in by the chair and the man looks to her to do that.
