         <description><![CDATA[<p>Calculating enthalpy is important in various industries and processes because when we calculate enthalpy we can determine whether the reaction was endothermic where heat is absorbed or exothermic where heat is released, and determine the overall amount of energy in the system. An example is the engines of vehicles how much energy is needed to power a motor, and the heating and cooling systems of structures or buildings. Without  calculating enthalpy we can't determine the overall energy being released in a chemical reaction nor can determine whether the process was endothermic or exothermic</p>]]></description>
